Benchmarking competitors like PandaDoc and HoneyBook revealed a common flaw: over-complex interfaces that fail on mobile. My focus was on "Cognitive Scanability"—using clear visual anchors and status-coded indicators to help users manage large pipelines without fatigue.

UI & Experience Highlights

• Modular Proposal Cards: Data-rich components that display pricing, time-on-board, and contact info at a glance.

• Visual Trust: A clinical yet modern UI using the Urbanist typeface and a confident blue palette to establish professional credibility.
